Business Assistance

Business development is important to the continued economic health of the City of Westminster.  To that end, the city provides assistance to facilitate business relocations and expansions.  Potential city assistance includes:

  • Rebates of building permit fees to reduce construction costs
  • Rebates of use taxes on construction to minimize costs during development
  • City grants and scholarships for small businesses with less than 50 employees to support investments in equipment and job training
  • Assistance pursuing county personal property tax rebates and state incentive and job training grant programs
