Westminster Station TOD

A Transit-Oriented Redevelopment Project

Located just southeast of the historic core of the city, the Westminster Station Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area is set to become the next new mixed-use urban neighborhood and regional destination in the Denver metropolitan area.

The station area is advantageously located near US 36 and Federal Boulevard — two major regional corridors in the Denver metropolitan area — and is home to a Denver Regional Transportation District (RTD) commuter rail station —  get B Line scheduling here.

With more than 75 acres of transit-oriented development in the core station area, Westminster Station is poised for tremendous growth. Anchored by a 600+ stall parking lot, the area can expect to see a mixed-use range of retail, residential and office development, all occurring organically over time.

Clocked at 15 minutes along the B Line commuter rail, Westminster Station is closer to Denver Union Station than most of Denver. It is also advantageously located near US Highway 36 and Federal Boulevard – two major regional thoroughfares in the Denver metro area.

Rail service is not the only mode of transportation at Westminster Station. Already home to two connecting RTD bus lines, our focus is to create an area that is friendly to all types of mobility. With access to Westminster’s extensive network of trails and open space – as well as Denver’s regional trail system – it’s easy for patrons to connect to nature via bike or foot.
