Along with providing an excellent quality of life comes the commitment of a city to provide livable and affordable housing. Westminster has begun taking the necessary steps to put a citywide affordable housing vision and plan in place, providing options for a variety of incomes, in a variety of locations across our community.
Westminster also provides special programs to serve special housing needs in the city. The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) grant are programs administered through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and both programs provide funding in support of low and moderate-income persons and neighborhoods in Westminster.
