Located directly off of the US 36 and Sheridan Boulevard interchange, Downtown Westminster is just 12 miles to Downtown Denver and 17 miles to Boulder. Downtown Westminster also offers close proximity to Interstates 25, 270, 70 and 76, and is a 35-minute drive to Denver International Airport. Home of a future FasTracks commuter rail station, Downtown Westminster is currently served by the busiest bus rapid transit station in the Denver metro area.

Projects being built in Downtown Westminster have an eye on sustainability. Both the Ascent and Eaton Street developments have been awarded LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver Certification. Through design, construction and operations practices that improve environmental and human health, LEED-certified buildings are helping to make the world more sustainable.
