Gatherings of large groups for the purpose of any special event or meeting within the City of Westminster where more than (10) people will be present are not permitted at this time due to Colorado Public Health Order 20-23.

The Colorado Department of Health and Environment (CDPHE) is working to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) and issued Health Order 20-23 on March 19, 2020. The Order limits mass gatherings to no more than (10) people with social distancing in effect (minimum of six feet separation). The Order remains in effect until April 19, 2020, unless otherwise extended.

Gatherings subject to this Order include, but are not limited to, community, civic, public, leisure, faith-based events, sporting events with spectators, concerts, conventions, fundraisers, parades, fairs, festivals, and any similar event or activity that brings together (10) or more persons in any indoor or outdoor space.

Issuance of special event permits within the City of Westminster have been suspended until Public Health Order 20-23 has expired.
