Shannon Picaso

Shannon has worked for the City of Westminster for two years, recently joining Economic Development in August of 2023. Shannon previously worked with the Department of Local Affairs and comes to the city with over 30 years of experience in the affordable housing arena. She works with the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Team assisting with the compliance of all CDBG projects, such as the Emergency and Essential Home Repair (EEHR) and the Housing LIFT programs. She also works with local housing authorities and non-profit partners to address the growing need in our city for affordable housing.
